Great service from Massimo; he is an efficient and skilful hairdresser.
DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give it 0 stars, then I would. Absolutely awful balayage. I asked for ‘natural and ashy’ and I got bright yellow stripes from the root down. I even paid £20 extra for a toner and it’s still the most awful brassy yellow. The hot water had run out so my hair wash was stone cold. The blow dry was appalling. I’m actually mortified and will now have to pay even more money to get the colour corrected.

I was trying out balayage for the first time and wanted to ensure nothing went wrong, so gave a call to Massimo few days before the appointment. He assured me I was in safe hands and offered a free consultation too. On the day of the appointment, Daniela took time to understand what I wanted to achieve with the new look and offered some great suggestions to ensure I was happy with the end result. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process very well - trust me she knows what she is doing and would never recommend any colour / cut which doesn't suit you. The staff is very friendly which just makes the whole experience all the more wonderful. It's been 2 days and I still love my new look!! Definitely going back again.
Daniela was amazing. She is so friendly and my hair looks so much better now than before I came to the salon! She talked through with me what would work for my hair, about what cut could make it look better, how natural I wanted the balayage, etc. Was very thorough and made sure I was getting what I wanted. She really took her time and made sure it was perfect and that I was happy with it. I will definitely be coming back, I left so happy with my hair! Thank you so muchl
This is the worst hairdresser I have ever tried in my life. A week earlier my appointment I have called the shop and spoke with the owner who is Italian like me so not possibility for misunderstanding, and ask him what should I have done with my black hair to became dark brown with balayage. I even explain to him that I work few minutes walk from the shop and he didn't suggest to go for consultation but said that the price it was more than Treatwell balayage box 150£ total. When on my appointment day I arrived the owner was on holiday and the member of staff realised that what I wanted was impossible to have it at that price but I should pay more than 200£ so she tried to change the color but without result because I left the shop exactly as I was when I arrived, on my black hair. Few days after I have called the owner to complaining about my treatment and he hang up on me without even let me saying a word. Called Treatwell after this they said that I have to write an email to them but probably I won't get any refund. This is absolutely unacceptable!
