Wasnt too happy with my treatment here...got the balayage offer and anywhere else i have bought this from, it includes complete hair colour, not just at the bottom. Here, when i got there there was a seperate charge for colouring the top, even covering a few greys at the front was not included. The toner was another £20, (have never paid more the £10-15 elsewhere for toner), and I was told there would also need to be an extra charge to have hair styled wavey, even though a blowdry was part of package? The lady was very friendly, but overall the many hidden costs were deal breaker, didnt even feel fresh when done. Disappointing.
