Had a really good visit to Massimo's. he was so friendly and super quick blowdry which is unusual for me as I have thick hair. Really impressed with the results and its lasted ages.

The salon is tiny and was freezing cold as it’s in an arcade. They had a tiny heated but nowhere near warm enough so I couldn’t relax for the whole time. The hairstylist was good, although he’s quite short so I had to bend my head right over for 20 minutes for him to reach the back of my head which was very painful. The colour is excellent, although I was told I needed toner which was an extra £20 even though I don’t get this treatment at other salons so I was a bit skeptical as to whether it was up-selling or the bleach they use was quite weak. I won’t be going back solely due to how cold the salon is, there are no tea making facilities and the fact that they only accept cash which meant I had to rush out of the salon down the road to the cash point.

This was the most enjoyable haircut I have ever had and I am so happy with the result. Massimo is a real professional, and he really cares about what his clients want - and delivers. Thanks Massimo, for the first time in ages I left a salon loving my new hair :)
