This was my first visit to Massimo and it won't be my last. I knew I wanted a hair style change but didn't really have a clue what I wanted. Massimo had the intuition, skill and confidence to give me a complete change of look which I really love.

1) it says 10 minute massage, the massage was 3 minutes. 2) I asked for a glass of water (when he offered) and got nothing. 3) I asked for a voluminous curly blow dry. My hair was blow straight and there was no volume. 4) hygiene : he was pulling hairs out of the brushes he was using, both the brushes he used on me were not properly sanitised. Disgusting!! I could give myself a better blow dry at home, save your time and money and don’t go here.
