I normally hate having my hair cut, but this was totally different. Massimo totally knew what he was doing and my hair looks so much better than I had imagined it could. He asked all the right questions, wasn't phased by the drastic amount I wanted off, and the whole experience was fun and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
