This was my first massage in almost 54 years..I suffer really badly from arthritis and been having trouble over many years with the base of my back..I thought I’d treat myself and so glad I did ..relaxed and very refreshed..I will definitely be booking to go again..10/10 🌸

The massage was amazing - not only did I feel so much more flexible and less tight but she made me feel incredibly confident and excited for my competition the next day! I would highly recommend getting a sports massage here, especially if you are an athlete!

Second of three massages completed now. Then I shall move into a ‘maintenance’ massage every two or three weeks. I feel so much better- not flexible, less aches and pains and I have a better posture. Thoroughly recommend Najma to take care of you.

Najma was extremely knowledgeable, she listened to my reasons for wanting a deep tissue massage and she acted accordingly, giving me full explanation of what she was doing, why she was doing it and what she hoped it would achieve. She applied the appropriate amount of pressure, checking with me that all was well as she proceeded.
There was no expectation that I would book further sessions, but I have done so on a periodic, ‘routine maintenance’ timescale. Excellent, professional service.
