I never tried a massage before and was recommended by my PA. Had a sports massage and indian head massage. It got worked me out body and mind. Mind was totally relaxed after head massage and i can remember the first 15 min of sports. Rest was just rest. Amazing attention to details. He uses sustainable organic oils, a term which I never thought about. Will definitely book you again as I am sure the tension will come back in a few weeks or I just wanna have another session. :)

I've had many sports therapists around the world, however this one is the best. The attention to detail and focus is spectacular and you can really see his ability to identify the issue and tackle it accordingly.
