This was the third time I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted at Hair Joy and as with the previous two times, I was very happy with the experience and outcome.

The aesthetician was very friendly and professional, and a joy to talk with.
The waxing treatment did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. It was rough and more painful than any other Brazilian wax treatments I've had before (I have been getting them regularly for years). She also missed several thick hairs that I noticed after showering off all the excess wax that had left me sticky after the treatment, and she didn't wax all the way to the back as one usually does in a Brazilian wax.
That said, the whole thing was over within twenty minutes as promised and I felt very welcome and clean throughout my time there.
