Jana was very sweet and kind and cut quickly as I was not at all well. Cut itself is fab - I went from around chin length to tiny pixie cut. (Apologies again for being sick in your lovely salon and thank you for looking after me.)

I went for a haircut and styling and loved it! My hair is very thick and rather long, so it is not easy to handle, but that was not a problem. I wanted a haircut that does not require much styling in the mornings and that was also very well taken into account, perfect! I can highly recommend Hair Joy!

This is the second sports massage I've had in my life - first was focusing on legs pre-marathon, and this one, just shoulders, neck, and back. I feel like I have a lot of tension here and Jane was great at working it out. She's professional, friendly and has good sense of when you want to chat and when you need to be left in peace, to enjoy the massage. (That said, I think I rabbited on a lot!). I was completely at ease and confident in her abilities and I liked the fact that she introduced some Thai massage techniques and threw in something with a tuning fork at the end as a little taster. I get the impression you could customise a massage with Jane - she is very flexible and wants you to have the best possible experience. Room itself was fab: just dark enough, heated bed, candle light, and soothing birdsong to listen to. I'll be back for more - would like to try every massage style!
