My massage was painful but very necessary. Belinda worked my knots and kinks out really well. My back pain has gone by 60%. I have more movement now. Once the aches from the deep tissues subside, I'll feel closer to my normal self. A few more sessions, and I hope I'll be back to bike riding and exercises again.

This is my second visit and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.I am having a course of sports massage because of tightness in my neck and shoulder, which I have suffered for years. It is already feeling a lot better, I wish I had done this sooner!
