More of a real treatment rather than a holistic experience. Very professional staff and excellent attention to detail with regard to medical needs. Wonderful attention to personal preference and very friendly staff. Super clean and offered a hot drink on arrival. Good central location. Would highly recommended for someone needing some real attention to aches and pains.

Alma did a great job on getting the knots out of my shoulders and showed me some exercise to do at home to prevent the problems returning. Would recommend and have booked a follow up.
