I don't have a headache anymore! For the first time in days, I no longer have a headache and this because Sophia was able to release a small neck muscle that had been causing the issue. The woman is a genius!

Absolutely brilliant, receptionist was friendly and Sophia was fantastic will definitely be back. Not the place to book for a relaxing massage definitely the place to see a professional if you have a muscular problem

Sophie was very professional in her assessment and treatment. She regularly checked to see if the pressure was ok for me and offered advice on stretches I can do to try to reduce my stiffness. Will definitely be going back to try to alleviate my knots further.

Fantastic physio-based massage. Took medical history and we talked through reason for the visit. If you're expecting a relaxing massage then this is not the massage for you. This is a theraputic massage, meant to treat aches / pains / ailments. Physio amazing (Sophia). Really knows her stuff and gave some follow-up advice on exercises I can do to help in the longer term. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
