Had a great session here with Alma. Really went the extra mile to find the problem I had with my shoulders. She managed to iron out a lot of the huge trigger points I had. Would definitely recommend.

Alma was great - consultation was thorough and the massage excellent. I found myself much freer in the neck and shoulder area the next day, and still do nearly a week later. She also gave me a lot to think about as regards helping myself to avoid pain, for example in exercise and posture. WIll definitely go back!
