I’d recommend this. I had the 60 min introductory session which included 30 mins on identifying the problem area and suggestions of movements and exercises I can do at home. The last 30 mins involved a back and primarily upper shoulder massage.

I had issues with my appointment as I tried to re-scheduled and I was not able to. I had an inconvenient happening on the day and I've been told I would have been changed anyway if I did not attend. So, rather then a full massage I just had barely 30 min.
