First time I feel like a physio has listened to my complaints. Vanshika was super informative and listened to where I needed help with. I went for a back, neck and shoulder massage as I had lots of tension and knots. I now feel so much better after my massage and I was given tips and stretches to help with my issues day to day. A through consultation first & then treatment all around your issue. I have much more movement & mobility & around 30% reduced pain 🙏🏼
