Cara is a graduated physiotherapist waiting for her HCPC registration and working as a sports massage therapist in the meantime. Through university and practicing Cara has gained a vast amount of knowledge in anatomy and physiology as well as a variety of different massage techniques. Cara aims and works hard to provide the best treatment possible that is specific to each of her patient's. Cara is enthusiastic about each of her treatments and patient's and is currently undergoing a Level 3 Diploma in massage therapy.

I am a qualified sports massage therapist and qualified in Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge regarding Anatomy, Physiology and many skills in Sport Massage throughout both qualifications. I treat a wide amount of therapy including sport massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and cupping. I am a hardworking individual who provides the best services for all clients with my experience. I am currently undergoing my Physiotherapy Degree Apprenticeship and due to qualify in September 2025.

Daisy is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Massage and Beauty Therapy. With over six years of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and a wide variety of massage techniques to help her clients feel their best. She is currently in her second year of a Physiotherapy degree and will qualify in the summer of 2026, which is adding even more depth to her knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care. Daisy is also a proud member of the ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists) and is passionate about continually growing her skills so she can provide supportive, effective, and personalised treatments for everyone she works with.
