I have been visiting Leonie on and off for a few years now.
Having to work from home and sitting in an unsuitable chair due to Covid, I see my visits increasing, especially as my employer has seen an increase in productivity and has re-evaluated working from home.
It’s a very relaxing hour and I always enjoy the conversation (im a talker). Most of my knots are gone, and I feel less stiff. I have another session booked in for next week before I am off on a bootcamp.
