Had some problems with a tight calf and soreness in my legs. Booked a 30 minute sports massage. My legs are moving a lot more freely and with much less stiffness. This is not for the fainthearted Magda was really strong 😅

Magda just seems to know where the sore bits are - sometimes even better than you do. Not going to lie, the massage isn’t relaxing but it absolutely gets into the sore bits and you feel amazing the day after. Magda is now part of my maintenance routine as much as my haircut is.
