Great first visit to Maslo. Tom was very skilful with my deep tissue massage, getting into the problem areas and starting to loosen them up. He was also helpful in giving follow up exercises to further mobilise my upper back. I felt I was in safe hands.

I had severe back pain prior to the session, but Tom as ever was very helpful in treating this.The sports massage and application of K -tape has enabled me to reduce pain-relief medication.I have no hesitation in recommending Tom's skill with this therapy.

Great welcome! Helen was lovely, bubbly and friendly. She put me at ease right away and listened well, targeting the pain/ discomfort with the appropriate massage points. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
It was a very relaxing warm visit Helen was soothing and gave me some good feedback on what I was feeling. The best way to describe it is Helen was the iron and I was the board, by the time she finished with me all my creases were out and I felt like a new person. I would definitely recommend Helen she was excellent physically and mentally. I will be practising all the recommendations she gave me.
