I was very nervous but Olivia was amazing, made me feel very comfortable. Very friendly and chatty. First time getting waxed in a long time but really worth it and not as painful as I was dreading after all. I was freezing and she gave me a cover and moved the radiator closer to me which was really kind. Looking forward to coming again would definitely recommend. Thank you Xx
