This is my second time visiting Olivia, & I already feel like I've know her for years! Her room is always clean, comfortable, & professional.
Throughout the wax Olivia checked that the temperature of the wax was comfortable for me, helped me to relax by using countdown ques & distracted me with conversation & funny stories.
Overall I really enjoy our interactions, Olivias clear communication, & her open-mindedness to suggestions that make the wax as stress free as possible! Recommended!

I recently had a wax appointment with Olivia, and I have to say, she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. Olivia is super friendly and her professionalism is top-notch. This was hands down one of the best wax appointments I've ever had. To top it off, she even did my underarms for free! I absolutely loved my wax and I am definitely sticking with her for life. Highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for an exceptional waxing experience!
