Really enjoyed our visit. All the staff were lovely, polite and welcoming. We have never had a Hammam before and didn't know what to expect. It was so relaxing! Our therapist was so warm and welcoming and put 2 very body conscious ladies at ease straight away. She apologised saying her English wasn't good, her English was perfect!
Massage was so relaxing and again the therapist was lovely.
The salon and facilities are beautiful - standards are much higher than I expected of a high St salon.
Fantastic place. Majida was super welcoming and helpful. Left the salon feeling squeaky clean.
So the venue itself was fine and hand a nice atmosphere initially. When I went in for my wax (Hollywood), the lady doing it had the wax on way too high a temperature. It was burning. I told her and she didn’t change it. She also pulled layers of my skin out. I actually bled. Was then sent out with oil down my legs and in pain. Skin has continued to peel off there all week. Now it looks like I have got thrush. In summary, damaged, badly burnt and peeled. Stay away until wax changed at least.

I had to tell the lady that there were still hair in the middle of my eyebrows, on my legs even though I had a full leg wax booked
The bikini wax was very bad, the hair was not pulled but broken.
I think she would do a good job if she didn’t rush so much.

Last Sunday at 4pm. The reception friendly, experience hit the mark. I did not provide 5 stars however for reasons relating to management, not Majida. With sauna and steam your premises get extremely hot, air conditioning in reception or at the very least a fan would be good. We couldn't open the front door as this was where we had to sit after treatments and we were not hijab clad. The receptionist left at 6 and the doorbell after kept interrupting the treatments. Music too loud during massage.
