I thought that the overall experience was good, however there were some things that really could be improved. The ambience of the place wasn’t there! However I know it’s a small space. I think some aromatherapy / scents etc. the massage was not worth it, I felt it was rushed and not done by a professional. I also was advised to place my towel over my body - which was wet from the hamam. So it induced a cold. This was unpleasant . The hamam itself is great and the scrub / sauna etc was nice.

The sauna and hamam experience was lovely. I was scrubbed and rinsed very well. It was nice to relax.
The massage and facial was not worth it and wouldn’t do it again. I was covered with my own wet towel which actually made me feel very cold and subsequently caught a cold. I wanted to feel warmer ( I did eventually ask for a blanket). The facial was nice, however I wasn’t told what the products were. There was a little bit of a rush near the end. Excellent service, very good eyebrows threading and excellent shape. However, the temperature was too high, it was too hot and it was very difficult to breath, the air needs to be changed more often, they need to circulate the air.
