I usually leave Masa Hammam very happy however today I was very disappointed. I booked in for an upper lip wax, it was done very quickly and rushed as I was the last customer. I ended up going home with ripped and irritated skin on my upper lip from the wax, maybe the wax was too hot or because it was done very rushed im not sure but the overall experience was not great. I love Masa Hammam but this experience was truly disappointing. Please take this criticism and improve.
