Upon arrival we were told that the woman who was supposed to see us cancelled the appointments via the app. I have not received any notification nor to mention a call or even a text message which we thought was very unprofessional, especially, provided that it was first appointment and we had to travel there. The booking made was for 2 people at 12 pm, although I understand that there is only one masseuse. I’m unsure how was that supposed to work anyway. No apology or explanation since. Avoid

Tayyaba was really nice, friendly and professional. I have a low pain threshold but the wax wasn’t too painful and was over quickly. Love the results, will come again

Samia did a fantastic job of my hair. I initially wanted feather and trim and was having second thoughts on having layers, saima made the time to fit in cutting layers last minute and did such a great job that i dont know why i didnt have it done to begin with. I have volume and bounce back in my hair again and love how shes done long layers as i requested and didnt over-cut my hair.

Havent had my hair cut in over two years but this was no challenge for Saima as she done a fantastic job and my hair looks amazing!!! Would definitely book here again and maybe next time have some highlights put in!!! A very experienced stylist and salon hidden away in Ilford lane!
