After booking I got message from owner to re-arrange appointment! Booked facial & deep tissue massage. Massage was what I was expecting as for the facial! Worst facial I ever had! I don’t think she knew what she was doing, won’t be rebooking again!

I didn't find marina very welcoming, she seemed annoyed. She didn't pay attention to contra indication I mentioned on consultation form nor did she ask about pressure I prefer. Upon leaving she told me to book via messaging her instead of the automatic booking. Very odd as surely she set the automatic booking up. I also noticed I had been charged a transaction fee without her informing me prior.
