Paying 45£ for a pedicure only to get a file and polish treatment is ABSURD. I came in for a pedicure, clearly expecting proper deep nail treatment and not superficial cleaning. When I asked the employees to fix where my nail is hurting on the side, and not work superficially,they did not know how - and instead said “if you want a cheaper place go to zone 3”. EXCUSE ME? I paid 45£ in Marylebone expecting TOP service and not such a rude answer. Respect your clients and respect what they pay for.
