Did not get Kim who I had booked. When using electric remover to take off shellac he filed to my skin - totally insane. Have never experienced anything like this. Cuticle removal saw me loose skin from my fingers not my cuticle. Will never go back and this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Shoelace with removal and then reapplication took 75 minutes too - also insane.

I went for a pedicure, made my appointment through treatwell, but they do accept walk-ins. They have a range of colours, both gel and regular. Staff was polite and dedicated. I appreciate the level of cleanliness and hygiene overall.

Really pleased with the manicure. The staff were friendly and the venue was clean. Only reason for the 4/5 is minor and that after leaving I noticed some streaks and small bubbles in my manicure which I didn’t spot before leaving.

The therapist himself had bad dirty nails- that was already a red flag. The quality of BIAB was beyond awful- probably the worst Maniquire I had in my life. I also paid for Maniquire - but never received an actual Maniquire.
When at the end I said I am not happy with the my nails they just made me pay full price without even apologising for the quality. And turned away from me as if I wasn’t even standing in the room. Never seen a service like this in London. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
