One of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve had. The therapist seemed clueless, took 1hr to take off my shellac by scraping my nails with a scalpel (also very painful). She didn’t use any separators when painting my nails causing the shellac to stick to my toes. It was so bad someone else had to take over to finish off. I was there for about 1.5hrs when it should’ve taken 1 hour max. Some toes seem very rushed with a grainy, uneven manicure. I’m shocked that I got charged full price!!
