A very friendly and calm atmosphere. My therapist Afrah was very attentive and explained everything offering me water and options on storage and lighting on arrival. She reassured me on taking my time to prepare myself and asked me if anything needed adjusting throughout my session. She also checked through any medical issues and spoke very politely with impeccable manners. An easy going and peaceful environment to be in on a busy weekday! Keep it up MHB.

Jessy was absolutely brilliant. I've been wanting to go blonde for a while but the last place I went to unfortunately it went slightly orange! Jessy worked with parts of my hair that had old dye and parts that had regrown out as well as the greys and managed to through all that give me a beautiful balayage, I'm very happy with how it turned out!
