My manicurist was very polite and professional. Great manicure for an amazing price. Only negative is the colour that I selected turned out to be more iridescent and less vibrant than it looked on the sample wheel. But no big deal!

The salon, staff, and procedure were all great, so have given it 4/5 on those criteria but the reason I have rated the actual procedure 'So-So' is because I booked a Hollywood Wax with hot wax but she started off using the hot wax and then finished the procedure with strip wax (more than half of procedure with strip wax), explaining that it would be less painful that way. Had I booked a procedure with 'strip wax' I would rate it 'Spot On' (4/5) as the waxing itself was done well.
