I asked for my roots to be lightened but She put the bleach through my whole hair and left a gap so I still had black roots.
The bleach has completely ruined my hair and it's been falling out since. My hair is white instead of the nice golden blonde I had before visiting this salon. Really disappointed by my highlights from this salon. She did not listen to what I wanted and just done her own thing.

Not a big waiting time and reasonable experience. Felt slightly rushed with some wax residue left on my arms afterwards, but the lady was pleasant and the waxing itself was relatively painless. Would go again because of convenience and value for money.
