Had shellac done for the first time and was assured that it wouldn't chip. By the second day it started to flake off. My lash extensions have fallen out in clumps and I had more lashes before my infill than I do now. My boyfriend is happy with his haircut though. The staff are really lovely and very attentive just not very good at waxing, shellac or lash extensions.

Really didn't enjoy the experience. I've been having my eye-lashes tinted for the past 5 years and have always had the treatment in a private, relaxing room where you can lie down. However, during my trip to this salon I was asked to sit in a hairdressers seat and lean back; the tint was applied and I had to sit with my head held back uncomfortably waiting for the tint to work. On top of that, my eyes were shut during the treatment and I had screaming children around me and un-nerving bangs and movement around me. To top it all off when the beauty therapist was removing the tint at the end of the treatment she got it all in my eyes – ouch! The only bonus is that the treatment was extremely good value, however, that will not be enough to make me get my eye-lashes tinted here again.

I was on my lunch break hence why I chose the 30min express manicure, turned out it took an hour and she didn't know how to do a French manicure. But overall it was OK, my nails chipped after a day which pissed me off.
