Extremely rushed haircut, very disorganised staff and poor communication. First of all I had to wait for 20mins and staff did not seem to be expecting me at all. No one introduced themselves to me or told me what was going on. The hairdresser asked me how I'd like my hair to be cut while she washed my hair. I was not 100% sure and said I'd some ideas from her. She repeatedly told me how thin my hair is, which I was well aware of, and didn't really propose anything at all. The cut was the most basic and took not much longer than 5mins as the next customer was already waiting and the hairdresser was clearly in rush move on to the next customer. Up to that point I was understanding and in good mood but when I realised that was the hair cut I was ready walk out. I was not expecting a luxury treatment and I don't easily complain but all my time there I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer! I felt the place in such a bad mood.

Had a lovely massage, very relaxing. The staff were friendly and professional. Occasionally you could hear through to the rest of the salon which was unnerving at times but didn't disturb the general calm. Great!
