I have had numerous waxes before for a number of years all booked through wahanda which I have rated highly. I've moved and needed to try somewhere new that was good value. Unfortunately it was the worst wax I've ever had. I have a very high pain threshold but even I found the wax scolding. Despite telling the lady at least 5 different times, she continued to wax me. My skin is burnt and still red raw the following morning. She was also quite rough unlike other waxes I've had where they were gentle & pain was minimal. Really disappointed & would rather pay double to go elsewhere. Safe to say I won't be returning.
