I loved the fact they gave me a warm welcome and really nice, and my first time doing a perm was quite neevous but they answered all my question and gave me suggestion and made me feel at ease and the end result I'm loving my perm
Permanent Waves
It was easy to get an appointment at the last minute, which was useful, but I have to say that my eyelash extensions are not of good quality. I have my eyelashes done every 2-3 weeks, and this was my first visit to Maryam to get them done there.
I found that the service was very quick for the time it would normally take to apply a full set of eyelashes, as it took only 30 minutes... when I would normally spend 90 minutes at my regular salon. The eyelashes are spaced out with a lot of gaps in between them, which made me think that the beautician wasn't very experienced with applying lashes. I asked for glamour lashes, and the ones I have a barely noticeable on my eyes (and look like a natural eyelash option) I wouldn't consider them even the full set of lashes that I have paid for. I found that the beautician needed to make a number or changes to the lashes when she thought that she had finished and was ready to show me to the door, but the lashes were bent in areas, and some even applied the wrong way around (meaning the thick end of the lash wasn't the side glued to my eyelid!)
I don't think the finished look appears finished.. If I am honest they look as though they have been on for a week and I am due to have refills, which is really disappointed when I wanted them done especially for a party! :(
I wouldn't recommend this salon for lashes, maybe they do good beauty treatments - but this wasn't one of them.
