I've been here twice to get gel manicures - the first time I had booked a soak off too but this was no longer required when I arrived. The owner was so lovely and offered to swap my soak off for another treatment of the same value, so I had my eyebrows done! Just shows they really do go above and beyond for their customers. The second time I visited, I found the girl did slightly rush my gels, and as a result one of the nails is slightly rough in the cuticle area of gel, rather than a smooth line - but I'm not unhappy with the result. I will continue to visit this salon for my gels!
