I booked an appointment as there was a lot of positive reviews. The salon itself is nothing special and definitely not fancy. The waxing area doesn't have a door and there's just curtains separating the area. The therapist was very lovely. She was also very meticulous. The wax was less painful than usual. Even though there were few small hairs left, overall I was happy and would go back again, as it's good value

The woman doing my nails was clearly in a hurry and actually quite violent with my hands. She was very grumpy. She didn't wait for the shellac to set under the lamp, so it smudged. Then she got grumpier. She made me put my hands on top of each other under the lamp which felt pretty close to burning them. All in all would NOT reccomend.
