Have been here for other treatments and have been pleased, so decided to try their waxing service, which I regret.
It was the most painful wax I've ever received, the person attending to me did not seem to know what she was doing... Often picking/flicking at bits of wax. The wax was also too hot and when I expressed this (and the pain) she did not seem to respond or care. The wax itself was also not clean and I had to go elsewhere to fix it.
Will be returning to my usual spot after this experience.
