Has this business recently changed hands? Used to come here a lot and the place was efficient and well organised with friendly service. Seemed to be slipping my my previous visit, but today will be my last. Grumpy staff upon arrival made me feel most unwelcome. Three members of staff seemed to be faffing around with cling film while customers waited. I waited 20 mins for threading which should be a quick job - but was asked if I could wait ten minutes more (no please, no I'm sorry!) but I explained that I had things to do / places to be. Eventually, member of staff came to me and threaded my brows, huffing and tutting all the way trough and I felt like the process was rushed. I am very sorry if my custom is an inconvenience to you :(

They did an amazing job..!! I've tried so many places in London and either you have cheap price or good service.. Here You can get a perfect job, with a really competitive price. And the girls were lovely.

The hairdresser was very nice. Although others in the studio acted like they were ignoring you and talking to each other in their own language which made you feel excluded. After my hair was done no hair spray or anything was put on my hair to make it last.
