I absolutely loved my hair - cascading curls down one side with a twist at the back. It was beautiful. The only issue was that it took a lot longer than the 1 hour I had booked. It's not a problem that it was longer than an hour, but I'd recommend they extend their timescales to set expectations.

Very happy with my cut. The staff was able to pick up on exactly what I wanted straight away, and checked throughout did I want any changes made to what she was doing. Very friendly as well. The salon was maintained throughout (no hair left on the floor for long periods) and customers where greeted nicely.

And again. Good service! They've changed the shop and also have more staff now and it seemed busier than usual.. Good for them but pls don't stop caring about your customers.. Felt like they were in a rush as it was a bit unorganised and there were already3 ppl waiting while i was in the chair.. I had an appointment for 4:30pm and i had to wait 15 mins and there was an elderly woman with granddaughter (i assumed) and they said they'd an appointment at4 and were still waiting?! Anyway, they might just have to get a routine after the changes.
