Felt cheated.
I arrived on time and I had to wait for good 15 minutes before someone could attend me.
The facial I booked was for one hour and the beautician(very inexperienced) finished it in 30 minutes. when I told her that I had booked it for one hour, she went to her supervisor and came to me with random excuse that my skin didn't require cleansing so she finished it earlier.
It was a clear lie to cover up their mistake.
Her supervisor blamed me that I shouldn't have booked the deep cleaning facial.
Very rude and unprofessional.
She didn't even solved my issue and started talking to other customers.
I will never ever visit again.
