When i went inside i was greeted by staff that were somewhat unfriendly in their approach, they were not rude but not very welcoming or inviting, there was that warmth missing.
The room for the facial is connected to another therapy room so i could hear the treatment from the adjoining room. Furthermore the room is more of a 'normal' room with bright lights, it lacked that relaxing therapeutic feature. However the lady that did my facial was very nice and she did a really good facial. So i would go back if i needed a good scrub on my face but not for the experience.

Ok, but not great. I still had to pluck my eyebrows when I got home to remove unwanted hairs. The eyebrows were also left uneven.
