I arrived a few minutes late but the staff had given my appointment to someone else. Seems that they thought a random lady who walked in off the street was me and they hadn't checked?
The therapist's grasp of English was poor and I felt pushed into staying and having my appointment start late and rushed rather than walking away. The pedicure was poor quality as was the polish and products used. Very disappointing and I would never go there again.

Although my gel nails looks lovely and have lasted a few weeks, it took me almost 2 weeks to appreciate them. I was cut by the nails a few times and bled quite a bit as she cut deep. My fingers were sore for over a week unfortunately.
