Eyebrow waxing was quick and I was very happy with the result. The staff are efficient and the overall experience was good.

I have never had waxing before and thought to give it a try. I paid for hot waxing as I thought it seemed to be less painful. When I got there I had to wait 15min after my booking time, which wasn't great as I was on tight schedule. The lady who did my waxing recommended cream waxing instead of hot waxing as it would be more suitable for the length of hair I had so I went with it. After the treatment I asked her to do my eyebrows and it was the worst threading experience ever. Her technique wasn't very quick and it felt like she was pulling my hairs one at a time. When it came to paying I was never offered a refund of the difference between two waxing options and when I looked at their price list it occurred to me that it was cheaper to pay directly. When I checked my legs later there patches of hair still there.
So overall I was not impressed with the service.
