Booked in for a shellac pedicure and arrived on time for my appointment. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes - which has happened before. The beautician was quite rough when tidying my nails and actually caused me to bleed a little on a couple of my toes (my nails are not bad at all due to regular pedicures!!!!) Happy with the polish but definitely think a little more customer care could be taken.

I am usually always very impressed with the service however on this occasion I had to wait 30 minutes for my treatment - despite arriving on time. The treatment felt very rushed and only took 30 minutes, not the full 60 minutes which it usually takes (and that I paid for). When I got home I realised that there was an area of my thumb nail that had been missed with the polish which led me to feel even more frustrated.
