Unfortunately the shellac treatment was done rather unprofessionally. The colored nail polish was on my skin. The final layer of gel polish did not cover my full nails. And for one nail, i even doubt whether a final layer has been applied. Also my nails did not have the same length and shape. All in all, these were unfortunately the worst gel nails I have ever had.

Fantastic colour section. Great set of gels. Overall very happy. Slight downside is apparent lack of hygiene - nail implements seem dirty and don't appear to be left to soak in antibacterial solution. Havin said this, I always return because the manicure has a great finish.

The place is great, but the service is never perfect. I am not 100% satisfied when I go there. However, the staff is really doing their best all the time.

Appointment was on time (although note that it was a quiet time of the day), staff were friendly and welcoming. Great threading, she managed to fix a mess up by the place I had previously been to without me even needing to mention it. Would recommend and will return.
