I had a number of different treatments. First was the highlights, they were running 30 mins, but the lady was lovely, however I did make her aware that my roots often take up the colour very fast and not to leave it on too long. I ended up having to pay an extra £20 because it was left on too long... which was annoying. My eyelash tint and wax was done by a different lady and received a good experience! The deluxe pedicure was done by another girl, and it was rough (I would not call the experience pleasant by any means) but good! She took off a lot of dead skin, which is always great!

Booked in for a shellac pedicure and arrived on time for my appointment. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes - which has happened before. The beautician was quite rough when tidying my nails and actually caused me to bleed a little on a couple of my toes (my nails are not bad at all due to regular pedicures!!!!) Happy with the polish but definitely think a little more customer care could be taken.
