I had an appointment but I still had to wait half an hour. Maybe was unlucky coincident.
To be honest I don't even mind that much as the results were really nice. i had Brow tint and threading.
Also the place is open till sort of late AND open on weekends what is not so common in the City. Not super pricey either.
Hence - I will be coming back!
