Had to wait 20 minutes when I'd booked online for a specific time, and wasn't told when I arrived that there would be a wait. Service was fine but only two coats were applied which on getting home I noticed is still transparent, not sure if this is the standard or if she didn't have time for another coat due to starting me late and having another client waiting, probably won't go back.
